The building is new and is composed by 30 spacious, confortable and well furnished one room apartments. The hall is a friendly meeting and relaxing point with tv, bar and reception desk. A little dining room is at guest’s disposal for the breakfast. A large car park is available, also inside the complex.

The zone is quite, but you can find all the useful services. Close to the Residence there are an aestetic centre with solarium (the Residence’s guests have a discount), a snack bar and a bank. Nearby you can find some restaurants and bars.

The same management of the Residence runs also two of the best restaurants in Prato: Sasso d’Oro (specialized in only fresh fish) e la La Fontana (specialized in tuscan cooking) where you can taste your best Florentine T-bone steak. A particular discount is reserved to Residence’s guests.
